GWSCF MANAGEMENT

GWSCF's management team is responsible for all aspects of the management of the Fund. This includes determining the strategic direction, managing assets, acquiring and selling properties, accessing funding and providing appropriate services to investors.

In addition to a dedicated team, GWSCF draws on the wider resources of the GPT Group providing access to specialised services and teams for the benefit of investors.

Career Summary
Nicholas has been involved in property and funds management for 30 years, holding property related roles at BT Funds Management Limited and Lend Lease prior to joining The GPT Group in 2006.

Nicholas is responsible for GPT’s funds management activities. He plays a key role in the development of GPT’s Group Strategy and oversees its Research and Transactions functions. Nicholas is also a member of GPT’s Leadership Team, Investment Committee and Valuation Committee.

Nicholas is a member of the Executive Board of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV) and a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Global Investment Group committee. He is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

 


Anthony McNulty

  • Bachelor of Science (Course Prize) in Quantity Surveying from University of Ulster, Northern Ireland.
Career Summary

Anthony became Fund Manager of the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund in November 2018. Anthony’s career in property spans 30 years and over a number of disciplines, including Development, Project, Cost and Investment Management across Australia and the UK.
 
Anthony is passionate about driving investment performance by creating and sustaining great places for people to use.

In his Head of Development roles at GPT since 2005, Anthony was responsible for delivering several award-winning projects such as Melbourne Central, Rouse Hill Town Centre, Highpoint Shopping Centre and OneOneOne Eagle Street. Most recently, Anthony was responsible for the conversion and delivery of GPT’s development pipeline for Retail and Mixed-Use across the Group’s portfolio.

Prior to GPT, Anthony worked with Lend Lease on some key iconic projects including Penrith Plaza in Sydney and Bluewater in the UK.


David Sleet

Career Summary
David was appointed Deputy Fund Manager in February 2016 and has over 25 years' experience in the property industry. David joined The GPT Group in 2005 as Capital Transactions Manager - Retail.

Prior to joining the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund, David was responsible as Development Manager for the masterplanning of the next stages of Rouse Hill Town Centre - a major transit oriented, mixed use centre in the North-West of Sydney. This included project formulation, gaining development approvals and the acquisition, subdivision and partial on-sale of land.

Prior to joining GPT, David’s previous experience included five years at Lend Lease in asset and portfolio management, development and capital transactions.

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Career Summary
Paul joined the Funds Management team at GPT in January 2015, and is responsible for the forecasting and analysis function of the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund. Prior to this role he was Treasury Manager at GPT for five years with responsibility for treasury risk management for GPT and the Wholesale Funds.

Paul has worked in the real estate industry in Australia for over 14 years, holding investment analyst roles at DEXUS Property Group and was fund analyst at New City Australia, giving him experience in a number of property sectors in Australia and Asia.

Paul is a Chartered Financial Analyst, having been awarded his charter in 2005.
